Content Reporting Policy
How to report content, and what happens after a report is submitted.
Last updated: June 2026
What you can report
You can report recipes, comments, blog posts, videos, profiles, or any other content that you believe violates our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.
Common reasons for reporting include unsafe cooking instructions, dangerous ingredients, harassment, hate content, spam, scams, impersonation, or copyright infringement.
How to report
Use the in-app report option available on recipes, profiles, comments, and other content.
If the in-app option is unavailable, email support.atocook@gmail.com with a description and, where possible, a link or screenshot of the content.
What happens after you report
Reports are reviewed by AtoCook. Review times may vary depending on the volume and nature of the report.
AtoCook may take action including warning the account, removing content, restricting features, or suspending the account.
Due to privacy considerations, AtoCook may not be able to share the outcome of every individual report.
Moderation appeals
If your own content or account was restricted and you believe this was a mistake, you may appeal by emailing support.atocook@gmail.com with the subject line "Moderation Appeal".
Include your username, the content or action in question, and why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.
Do not submit false or bad-faith reports intended to harass other users. Abuse of the reporting system may itself result in account restrictions.
