Overview
AtoCook respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.
This policy explains how to report content that infringes your copyright and how creators can respond to a takedown notice.
Filing a copyright complaint
If you believe content on AtoCook infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support.atocook@gmail.com with the subject line "Copyright Complaint".
Your notice should include: a description of the copyrighted work, the specific content on AtoCook you believe infringes it (such as a recipe, link, or username), your contact information, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
Include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Our response
AtoCook will review valid copyright complaints and may remove or restrict access to the reported content.
Repeated copyright violations by the same account may result in suspension or permanent removal of the account.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to support.atocook@gmail.com with the subject line "Copyright Counter-Notice".
Include a description of the removed content, an explanation of why you believe the removal was in error, and your contact information.
Repeat infringers
AtoCook may terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers.
