How to request your data
Option 1 — Request in the app

Open your Profile
Tap the profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.

Go to Data & account
Scroll down and tap Data & account.

Tap Request Data Export
We will prepare your export and send it to your registered email.
Profile → Data & account → Request Data Export
Option 2 — Request by email
Email us with the subject line Data Export Request and include your account email.
